WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
If a product is “in stock now”, it will usually be dispatched from our warehouse within 72 hours of payment being made. We will contact you if we anticipate unexpected delays.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We work with several fulfillment distribution centres worldwide therefore shipping times vary depending on the product, where you live and where the fulfillment center is located.
After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to one of our fulfillment centers where we will ship your item(s). Shipping orders to
USA/CANADA/UK/IRELAND Orders: Up to 20 business days
All other countries can take 5-40 business days.
We will contact you if we anticipate unexpected delays.
HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping is free on all orders.
HOW DO I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?
All orders have a track and trace link. Please send an email with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your tracking link. Alternatively, you can send us a message through our contact us page.
I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?
If you included several items in your order, your items may be delivered in separate shipments as we use different fulfillment centers for different products. Do not worry, the rest will be delivered in a separate package.

In order to deliver the fastest possible delivery times, we aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. If your order has not yet left our warehouse, it may be possible to change your delivery address, however, it will depend on the specific circumstances of the order and stock. CAN I USE MY VOUCHER OVER THE PHONE OR IS IT ONLINE ONLY?

WHY IS THERE NO PICK UP OPTION ONLINE?
The only way we are able to offer such competitive prices is by keeping operating expenses low. For this reason we do not have a physical shopfront for pickup. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
CAN I CREATE MY OWN ‘BUNDLE’ DEAL?

From time to time we will offer $0 freight/delivery/P&H on specified products and addresses. ‘$0 Freight’ and Postage & Handling promotions do not apply to all areas and products. You can check this during the checkout.
